  139.   and publishers. I asked everyone to tell me if they were still interested
  140.   in receiving the Top 100 on a weekly basis. Then I would only send the
  141.   list to those who really want it. Here I list all the companies that gave

  157.   companies. Some tell me that the Top 100 is being printed out and hung on 
  158.   the walls in the offices. So keep this in mind when you send your votes,
  159.   and keep those votes coming.
